While all of our items are fully tested and guaranteed to arrive in excellent working condition, we can on rare occasion run into a defective item, or an item the customer may not be able to use. Please note that if you're returning an item, the returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include their original contents (ie: manuals, booklets, case, discs, accessories, etc.) in original condition. We'll replace any defective product with the same product upon return (unless a refund is requested instead). If a returned-defective product for replacement is out of stock, then a refund will be issued. We reserve the right to limit returns to unopened or defective products.

Please note that we cannot accept returns if the following conditions are met:

• Items returned more than 30 days from original purchase date.
  
• Items not in their original condition received.
  
• New items that are clearly damaged, played, or are missing their original contents.
• Used items that are clearly abused, damaged, missing their original contents or returned in non-original condition received by the customer.
  
• Items that were sold as part of a bundle (unless the bundle is returned complete).
  

Please do not send us products that do not meet the criteria listed above, as we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you, or may be returned to you at your expense.
